Common questions.
How does delivery work?
We deliver to Kanata and Stittsville (postal codes K2K, K2L, K2M, K2S, K2T, K2V, K2W). Tiffins are delivered fresh in the morning between 11am–12pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Delivery adds $10/wk on weekly plans, $40/mo on monthly. Cutoff for next-day delivery is 9pm the previous day — orders placed after 9pm start the day after.
What if I can't take a meal one day?
Submit the pause form above or WhatsApp +1 (613) 315-9160 before 5pm the day prior. We'll pause that delivery and roll the meal forward to a future date. No refund, no loss — your meal just shifts.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle through the Stripe Customer Portal (link in your confirmation email). The current week or month already paid for is non-refundable, but you keep the meals you've already paid for.
What's included in each tiffin?
5 meals per week (Tue–Sun). Each meal has 5 rotis, rice, dal, sabji, and salad/pickle. Non-veg plans include chicken curry options. You can add extras (paneer, chicken curry, extra rotis, etc.) at checkout.
Is the food halal?
Yes. All our meat is sourced from halal-certified suppliers and prepared in our halal kitchen.
What if my postal code isn't in your delivery zone?
You can still subscribe with pickup at Bells Corners or Stittsville. Or message us — we may be expanding to your area.
